Glasgow University Union (GUU) is one of the UK’s largest student union's with a capacity for up to 3000 people and is situated in the heart of Glasgow's west end. The Union is open every day and night, offering 20,000 students who study at Glasgow University full use of the wide range of facilities, services and entertainment the building has to offer.

At the beginning of the new academic session, over 4000 Freshers and returning students, sports societies, guests and celebrity entertainment will descend on Glasgow University Union for one of the busiest and most exciting week of the year - GUU Freshers Week.
